Our quotes are all-in: moisture testing on slabs, subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, full disposal of the old floor, and transitions into adjoining rooms. We protect the rest of the house with floor runners and dust containment, and we clean up before we leave each day.
Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Manufacturer warranties cover the material, typically 25 years to lifetime depending on the product. We back our own labor with a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on top, so if anything we install ever fails because of how it was put in, we come back and fix it at no charge. Flooring Installation - frequently asked questions
A whole-room carpet, LVP, or laminate install usually takes 1 day. Hardwood runs 2 to 4 days depending on finish, and tile takes 3 to 5 days plus a day for grout cure before you can walk on it.
Yes, we move standard furniture as part of the job. We just ask that homeowners handle electronics, fragile items, and anything inside closets or dressers.
We can install customer-supplied material, though the warranty then covers labor only. When we supply the flooring, you get one combined warranty covering both product and installation.
That's most of our jobs, hardwood in the living areas, tile in the bathrooms, carpet on the stairs, all in one project with proper transitions between materials.
